. . . I have been to your events before. You always do such a good professional job without phoney sanctimoniousness or ego. Everyone is in on the same level and expected to pull their own weight and behave. Everyone is equal, there is no discrimination on any grounds at all. You are very down to earth and approachable and a fine teacher of indepth material. I don't know if you realise how rare this is. . .
